E05 | Pilates Standing Balance | Stretching both legs standing

In this episode, we will show you the two-legged standing stretch exercise that will allow us to stretch the legs and back, but also work the lumbar vertebrae. To do this, keep your feet steady on the floor, lean forward with your torso and back straight so that you form a right angle, then bend over a little more with your back slightly to touch your feet with your hands. Then return to the right angle position and repeat the exercise several times.
