E08 | Pilates Workout | Back and push-ups

In this episode, we will start by doing the mermaid pose which will allow us to stretch the whole side of our body. We will then do the cobra pose to stretch our back, open our chest and stimulate our digestive organs, and in this pose we will make circles with our head to warm up our neck. Then we will do the grasshopper posture while doing scissors with our legs to strengthen our back, and the swimming exercise to strengthen our buttocks. We will finish with push-ups to strengthen our entire upper body and glutes.
