E11 | Pilates Workout | Stabilize, stretch, strengthen

In this episode, we'll start by showing you the bridge 1 exercise which will allow us to target our glutes and hamstrings while providing better stability to our torso. We'll then move on to candles to work on our abs, and the spine stretch exercise to stretch our spine, neck and upper back, while improving hip flexibility. We will finish by doing the inclined plane posture to shape our entire back.
