E03 | Pilates Workout | Abs, spine and stability

In this episode we will show you some exercises that will mainly work on our abs, spine and stability. We'll start by doing the spine twist and the lullaby exercise. We will then do rolling backs and diagonal spine stretches, followed by the roll over exercise and the hundred 4. We will then do the bridge 2 posture and the scissors exercise, and we will finish by doing sidekicks and a side balance exercise.
