E03 | Pilates Workout | Spine twist and roll over

In this episode, we'll start by twisting while holding the ball in front of us to mobilize our spine. We'll then do an exercise that engages our abs, chest and lower back, and we'll finish with the roll over exercise to strengthen our abs.
