E05 | Pilates Workout | Toe taps, scissors and double leg stretch

In this episode, we will start with the toe taps exercise to strengthen the transversus abdominis. Then we'll do the scissors exercise to increase our stability and work our abs, and we'll finish with the double leg stretch to target our abs and stretch our legs.
