Today we're going to make Tortellini with creamy pesto. We'll start by making a homemade pasta kneaded by hand with flour and eggs. Then we will prepare our pesto by mixing basil leaves, pine nuts, cheese, olive oil and lemon juice. We will fill Tortellini with pesto, fold them and cook them in boiling water. We'll mix tortellini with a sauce made of milk, gruyere cheese and saffron to spice it up. Now just serve and enjoy!
