E13 | Pastateca | Tagliatelle with meatballs in tomato sauce

Today we are going to prepare tagliatelle pasta with meatballs in tomato sauce. For this, we prepared our beef meatballs from the ground meat and a good seasoning and an egg yolk. Then, for the sauce we will brown onions, garlic, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Then we add to the preparation meatballs and the cooked tagliatelle. Good tasting!
