For this fourth edition and over four weeks, two girls and seven boys, aged between 22 and 29, compete in the hope of becoming the next great pastry chef. They come from France, Switzerland and the United States, and all have solid experience. Jean Imbert, a committed chef with a passion for pastry, is in charge of presentation. He is surrounded by a prestigious jury including Christophe Adam, Pierre Marcolini and a newcomer: Claire Heitzler, Pastry Chef of the Year.
