It’s the most faithful ally of our evolution enabling us to differentiate between sweetness, saltiness, acidity, bitterness and a number of other tastes. At birth, 10,000 taste buds indicate to us what our bodies need. How does our tongue and our brain function when they detect the tasty molecules of certain foods ?
