The prestige buffet is the biggest event of the competition's grand finale. This year, it comes with a twist. Guillaume Gomez, head chef at the Elysée Palace, wanted to entrust the finalists with the task of creating the buffets for the Pastry Day organized by the French presidential palace in honor of the profession. Assisted by two clerks, the young talents have five hours to rise to the challenge and honor the greatest names in French patisserie who are present for the occasion. Then it will be revealed who will succeed Audrey and Ophélie, winners of the two previous editions of this mouth-watering competition. Their recipes have been published in two beautiful books.
