Find our selection “Body & Soul” with Fitness / Yoga / Pilates / Stretching / Spiritual Sport exercises from Monday to Friday from 6am to 11am – from 5:30pm to 7pm – from 11pm to 2am.

And if you’re not available to practice at these times during the week, no worries, the catch-up session takes place every week-end from 6am to 11:30am and from 4pm to 8pm.
