ValKahl tries out the addictive and zen yoga lesson on water on a paddleboard with YOGAqua, in Marina Del Rey. After learning to make some delightful and healthy wrap in restaurant KYE’S, she does sightseeing in Malibu Wine Hikes, the organic grapes garden behind Malibu’s famous beaches. Along the way, she can’t resist biting a mustard plant, feeding and ‘french kissing’ Stanley, the celebrity giraffe. She later harvests some fresh organic vegetables in Saddle Rock Garden!
