Rachel takes in the rural beauty of the historical province of Southeastern France, Provence. Here Rachel explores the mountain towns and olive groves, and visits a friend where together they cook a delicious tarte tartin. Rachel also visits a goat farmer and cheese maker, and feels inspired by the passionate food producers of Provence. Back on home soil, Rachel makes ‘Baked Goats Cheese Cigars with a Melon Radish and Cucumber Slaw’, ‘Provencal Roast Chicken with Roasted Fennel & Haricot Blanc Salad’ and a ‘Grape and Raspberry Brioche & Butter Pudding’.
