Our five senses, sight, smell, hearing, touch and taste are the best means with which to achieve relaxing and soothing sensations. The senses allow us to connect with the outside world and to create a representation of things. The aim of this session is to learn to focus our attention on a certain perception in order to allow the body and mind to rest.
