E05 | Luana's Kitchen | Veal cutlet

The radio animator Vincent Moscato will help Luana to create a delicious veal cutlet, a meat that you will learn to prepare. The small veal involtini will be accompanied by tomato sauce, and the Italian side of Luana adds bresaola, olive oil, lemon and parmesan.
