E05 | Fitness class | Core-Workout for Abs & Waist

This workout is focused on core and abdominal work to refine the waistline, abs and overall body in a beautiful and sunny setting. Dynamic movements to work your body with fitness exercises. You will have to synchronize your arms and legs and hold a long time in a core position to activate your metabolism. At the end of the session, we will do some stretching and relaxation exercises.
