Today, we offer you a session to relieve your tense muscles and more specifically your back. These are individual exercises that allow you to rebalance your spine and relieve troublesome symptoms! Then, we will work on your posture, your limbs through the arms and then through the legs. Exercises that stretch and relieve the whole body. Finally, the work of abdominal muscles to solidify the movements and fight against these pains.
