Today we're going to work on getting a strong back and reducing your back pain. We're going to do some simple and effective exercises that everyone can do. We'll start with Pilates, to work the muscles and relieve your back. Then, posture work is essential to reduce back pain. For this, we have different levels of exercises with sheathing, balance, stretching. A complete session to make you feel better.
