E21 | Pilates | Abs and back - control and flexibility

In this episode, we will start the session with a sit-up by stretching our legs and arms. This exercise will allow us to work our abs while stretching our body. We'll then move on to the hundred 1 and hundred 2 exercises that will help us warm up our muscles, increase our blood flow, stabilize our torso and work our abs.
