E05 | Pilates Standing Balance | Balance and twists

In this episode, we will begin by doing a one-legged balance exercise while swinging one leg forward. This exercise will help us improve our balance, strengthen our feet and ankles, but also remobilize our knees. Then we will do standing twists to remobilize our spine.
