E08 | Pilates Standing Balance | Balance

In this episode, we will start with the one legged balance exercise which will help us improve our balance and strengthen our feet and ankles. We will then do a one legged balance exercise while bending the raised leg backwards to work on our balance and the back of our thighs. Then we will do the half moon pose which also helps to work on our balance, while strengthening our legs, abdomen and back.
