E06 | Pilates Workout | Abs and hips

In this episode, we'll start by doing a seated pedaling exercise to work on our abs and obliques. We'll follow that up with a gaining and leg rotation exercise while balancing on our buttocks. We will then do side leg lifts while doing circles to lose hips, and a side scissors exercise to work our thighs and hips.
