E15 | Pilates Workout | Mermaid, obliques and swan dive

In this episode, we'll start by doing the mermaid exercise to stretch the entire side of our body. Then we'll do an exercise to work on our obliques, and we'll finish with the swan dive exercise that will allow us to work on our lumbar vertebrae, arms and abs.
