In this episode, we put some color on your plate by preparing a rainbow bowl. For this you'll need quinoa, carrot, avocado, cucumber, radish, chioggia beet, pomegranate and buckwheat seeds, and mint. This bowl is composed by different colored vegetables which allows us to fill up with nutrients, minerals and vitamins. The look of a nice dish makes us secrete more digestive enzymes.
