In this sports show, our coaches invite you to do a fitness session on different themes and different parts of the body in each episode. To prepare for the session, our sportsmen and women show you how to do a gentle, gradual warm-up. This is followed by an intense workout, with explanations from our coaches on how to reproduce the movements correctly. Then comes the stretching session at the end of the session, and finally “The Nutrition Minute” concludes each episode with a practical tip.
