Today we’re making vegetarian cabbage rolls, a tasty and original dish. Savoy cabbage is blanched before being stuffed with a delicious preparation of buckwheat, dried and fresh mushrooms, onion, carrot and bell bell pepper, spiced with garlic and spices. A mixture of tomato paste, sugar and bay leaf enriches the stuffing, creating a perfect harmony of flavors. The stuffing is then rolled in cabbage leaves and fried in vegetable oil until golden-crisp. This dish is accompanied by fresh greens to add lightness and freshness to every bite.
